The topic was “Beyond Counting Beans – Considerations for Fiduciary Accountings.” Among the topics covered were liability related to accounting issues, requirements for production, processes and information to include in an accounting, communication with beneficiaries and best practices for drafting documents. The webinar was part of the ABA’s eCLE program.
