Attorney Ray Prather spoke in a live webcast at the 64th Annual Estate Planning Short Course in May 2021 for the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education. He was a co-presenter for a panel that explored “Managing Your Estate Planning Practice in a Virtual World.” He and two other estate planning lawyers talked about new security risks, ethical concerns, and the emergency of electronic wills during the program.
