Attorney Ray Prather presented on the “Electronic Wills and Remote Witnesses Act” at the 17th Annual Elder Law Short Course for the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education. Among the topics he addressed were assembling a signed paper will with remote witnesses and creating certified paper copies of an electronic will.
