Attorney Ray Prather participated in a video sponsored by the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) exploring the question “What is Estate Administration?” ACTEC is a national organization of more than 2,400 lawyers and law professors peer-elected to membership. Ray and another ACTEC Fellow, Carole Bass, filmed the seven-minute video which is on ACTEC’s YouTube channel.
