Ray Prather Presents to the Kane County Bar Association on Electronic Wills and Remote Witnesses Act – March 2022 

Attorney Ray Prather made a 90-minute presentation to the Kane County Bar Association Estate Planning, Probate and Elder Law Committee on the Illinois Electronic Wills and Remote Witnesses Act on March 16, 2022. The presentation was part of the Kane County Bar Association’s Estate Planning, Probate and Elder Law Committee annual seminar. Other speakers at the seminar addressed the Illinois Transfer on Death and the Illinois Trust Code.
