Attorney Ray Prather co-presented at the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law’s 34th Annual National CLE Conference in Dallas, TX. His topic for the presentation was “What’s a Donor to Do?: A Case Study” where the panel discussed a donor’s options for making a large gift to a charitable organization. Ray discussed the various methods a donor can ensure the charitable purpose of the gift is being fulfilled.
