Lawyers Ray Prather and Dan Ebner have been named Super Lawyers for 2023. Super Lawyers rates lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations. This marks the fifth year for both Ray and Dan as Super Lawyers. 

Super Lawyers is an exclusive list of top-rated attorneys in specific practice areas who were chosen after thorough evaluation of numerous criteria. Super Lawyers Magazine features the list and profiles of the selected attorneys in all 50 states and Washington, D.C. It is distributed to attorneys and ABA-accredited law school libraries. Super Lawyers is also published as a special section in leading city and regional magazines across the country.

Ray is a trust and estate lawyer and certified public accountant with a credential in forensic accounting. He represents individual and professional trustees, beneficiaries, and tax-exempt organizations inside and outside of court. He earned a B.A. in Accounting from Augustana College in 2003 and graduated from DePaul University College of Law in 2005. Ray Prather began practicing law in 2006.

Dan focuses his practice on representing trustees, beneficiaries, not-for-profit entities, and shareholders in closely held businesses in litigation involving wills, trusts, and breach of fiduciary duty. He also represents fiduciaries in uncontested trust administrations, probate proceedings, and guardianships. He received B.S. and M.S. degrees in chemical engineering from Case Western Reserve University. Dan received his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2004.
