Attorney Daniel Ebner presented on how accountings relate to damages in Trust and Estate litigation at the Fall Meeting of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). His presentation was titled “Climbing Those Rocky Mountains: Hot Topics for Litigators and Non-Litigators.”
