Attorneys Ray Prather and Daniel Ebner presented on the “Illinois Electronic Wills Act” at a three-part program sponsored by the Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA) for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit. Both lawyers explored the nuts and bolts of the act in three sessions throughout September and October.
