Attorney Ray Prather spoke about remote notarizations at the fall meeting of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). Prather made his presentation at a meeting of ACTEC’s Digital Property Committee. ACTEC is a national organization of more than 2,400 lawyers and law professors peer-elected to membership.
